Touring Pitches
Touring pitches are available from 12 noon on date of arrival until 10:00am on the date of departure. Unless notified of changes of arrival date or time your pitch will be held for you until 6:00pm on the arrival date. From 6pm this pitch will be classed as empty and available for rebooking.
Site fees are charged on a per pitch basis not per person. No groundsheets allowed unless of the continental breathable type for caravan awning.
Dogs are accepted but must be kept on a lead at all times (even on pitches) and not exercised in the park grounds or car parks - failure to comply with this condition will result in the offending animals owner being asked to leave the park before their due departure date. Certain breeds of dogs (e.g. Dobermans, Rottweilers, American Bulldogs, English Bull Terriers or Bull Mastiffs) will not be accepted for the peace of mind of other guests.
General Conditions
Porth Beach is a family and couples only park - no bookings will be accepted from groups. We do not accept all male or all female parties. Parties of evenly mixed couples are accepted as long as there is a maximum of three couples. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. If the VAT rate changes the process will increased or decreased accordingly and the actual amounts due will be determined by the rate prevailing on the day your money is received.
Any malicious or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. In the event of such actions, the parties involved will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursment. This is in the interest of all our customers being able to have an enjoyable holiday.
The information supplied on this form will be stored on computer for the purpose of future distribution to you of our advertising material and under no circumstances will be passed onto a third party. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1984 the signing of the booking form signifies assent to this.
Bookings will only be classed as "confirmed" on receipt of your deposit within seven days of the provisional booking being made. Any bookings that have been given a specific "hold until date" but no deposit received will be cleared at 12 noon on said "hold until date".
Unfortunately no exceptions can be made due to increased demand. Changes made to an existing booking will now incur a £5 administration charge.
Static Caravans
Caravans are available from 4pm on the date of arrival until 10am on date of departure. Upon arrival a £50 key deposit is required which will be returned on the date of departure after you caravan has been vacated and checked that no washing up has been left and that the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition.
No pets of any kind are allowed in the caravans - nor can they be kept in cars adjoining the caravans - anyone found doing so will be asked to leave. Unless otherwise notified of changes in arrival time/date your caravan will be held for you until 6pm. From 6pm your caravan will be classed as empty and available for rebooking.
Cancellation Cover
Cancellation prices; holiday value up to £99 is £5, up to £199 is £10, up to £299 is £20 and for values of £300 and above cover is £30. Cancellation Cover is part of your deposit. For this premium Porth Beach Tourist Park will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation Cover and booking fee).
The Cancellation Cover cover you up to your day of arrival. Porth Beach Tourist Park will only refund if cancellation is due to any of the following: Death of an immediate family member (specifically spouse/partner, parents, children or a brother/sister - this cover does not extend to any other family members), serious illness or redundancy.
Cancellation has to affect one of the name members of the booked party. Please note that the claim must be in writing and supported by relevant documents (doctors note, P45, death certificate).
